	The Principals of Nuland & Arshad, Inc. Bring together extensive trust and investment expertise, as well as personal experience serving on a variety of profit and non-profit boards.
	James G. Nuland, Jr. Mr. Nuland has been in the investment business for a quarter of a century. Before founding Nuland & Arshad, Inc., he was an officer of Fiduciary Trust Company for seven years and a member of three investment policy committees managing in excess of one billion dollars. Mr. Nuland started his investment career with Smith Barney Harris Upham & Co. and Alex Brown & Sons. He graduated from Boston University with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science.

			Gulrez Arshad Mr. Arshad has over twenty years of experience in the investment field. Prior to founding Nuland & Arshad, Inc., he worked as a management consultant, real estate advisor, technology entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He is also active in the non-profit area as a former trustee of the Buckingham Browne & Nichols School and current trustee of American International School of Florence, Community Therapeutics School and The Ladders Program. Mr. Arshad graduated from Oberlin College and holds two masters degrees from Harvard University including a Masters in Business Administration.
